As recent as the last 8 days I've received tapes and am looking at these valuations shaking me head thinking "IS YOU STUPID?".

E&o insurance, general business liability insurance, mls fees, electronic key fees, board association dues, print materials, website, facebook advertising, instagram advertising, direct mail, neighborhood events.

I head about them online, however their terms & condition paper work does not look very common and has multiple confusing clauses.Just want to know if anyone knows about them or their service?

Have done it before and they tore everything up - repeatedly dug holes, chewed sprinkler heads clean off, chewed all the wires in the sprinkler valves, chewed the bottom of a door off (still baffled by that one), chewed fence boards off (multiple times), etc. 

Many times the listing agent is head of a team of agents, someone of which focus on the buyer side.
