By that point she was pretty sick and tired of dealing with everything and was ready to do a deal.

For starters I live in Corpus Christi, TX (home of High insurance and Higher Property Taxes) and I would like to slowly invest in rentals in this area.So for the quick and dirty, I currently work two jobs (around 60-70 hours a week) and I'm tired of it.  

We can make the studio look great but the building is older and looks tired.  

It's not always about contractors, there is an equal number of shady contractors and shady investors, investor wannabees, or tire kickers.

Some actual service dog HANDLERS, because we are that-- handlers-- have tired of the demand for documentation and just started buying that garbage.

If some tire kicker offers $$$$$$ who cares.

I got tired of breaking my back day after day, month after month, year after year helping other investors/contractors renovate their properties for a measly paycheck at the end of the week.      

Without a degree, I went and got a job at a local tire shop.

They like the steady stream of income, but are getting too old and tired to deal with tenants and maintenance.  

Beleive me you will get more leads to call, and not only that it will save you a lot of time from tire kickers.
