Hi Chad Our company specializes I'm distressed property I have purchased 2 difforent distressed properties in the last 3 weeks.  

However, I'm worried there might be restrictions I'm not aware of or special rules regarding the use of them.  

These will show the financial report for the association and include important information like the reserve fund, special assessment details, future plans, etc.

I'm sure there are many special interests at play.  

I am a real estate agent in North Texas specializing in residential investments and Hospitality Real Estate selling and buying Hotels and land for hotels.

Need attorney specialized on SEC rules applied to real estate private lending and  commercial broker mortgage. 

Last but not least check with the city these houses are in about any special yearly inspections or permits you need to have rentals,  quite a few cities are cracking down on landlords.

If viable, could then benefit from a strong lease template, and advice on some special stips I may want to include (for a potential renter I have in mind)...and finally, may want to engage my new mentor (or someone else) as Property Manager.
