Anyone ever do business with dohardmoney.com?

@Michael Erdman I would do a search on here, you will find lots of information on this company, mostly negative. They charge up front fees of $2500 and you are required to pay a $650 property valuation fee for each property (non-refundable). You will find many stories of paying for valuations on several properties only to have the loan turned down every time.
Interestingly whenever they get mentioned a new member seems to come on and give them a glowing review with their first ever post....
