Things like debt pay down, depreciation, appreciation and inflation hedging are going to be important parts of what make real estate investors successful now. 

A 200 pad park is too, but if it's a year round opertion (which depends on the recreational activities in your area) can be a bett money maker than a 200 unit motel.

I try to get my marketing into the decision maker's hands as soon as possible from that notice.
