Hello:

I am brand new to real estate investing and hope to make a splash.  I just lost my job and hoping earn money fast.  Have been tempted to start a program from clever investor. I have heard great things and was wondering if anyone can lend help as to how to get started and best practices?

don't know the content but I would like to get that yahoo off of my face book I could give a crap that he bought a lambo  selling how to stuff.. just another slick dude is all I think.
