I am from the Inland Empire, I am interested to purchase land in the Inland Empire that can be developed also investors/developers that would like to purchase land for low income housing development or mixed use. 

So whether your goal is to buy the Empire State Building or your first house hack, your participation in this thread is relevant.

After you get a job take a cash out refinance out of your property and start building up your real estate empire.

IMO it doesn’t exist.I’d rather move inland and be able to vacation at will. 

It doesn’t make sense to me.And here’s my rant: Everyone I speak to about realestate criticizes me for not owning a home “The American Dream” right, well the new American dream is to build an empire and not have to work a 9-5 past 45 years old.
