My family owns a 15 story, 54 unit apartment building in Chicago, and our current cleaning "crew" consists of a woman who lives in the building with significantly discounted rent as a trade for cleaning public areas + taking the trash out to the alley from each floor every other day.

So currently, I am 29 and for all intents and purposes, half of my income is from rentals. Also, the income from my rentals cover all expenses. This means that what I make working is mine for savings, other investment...

This way I can marry a younger woman so we can have our own hockey team by them time I am 50 :)

Black cops turned up, even the complaint we made at the local Deputy post was made to a black woman who seemed utterly uninterested, just repeated a well used phrase "it's free speech, sir". 

I have a woman who would like to rent but she told me she has horrible credit due to a divorce, I figured that if she had good references from previous landlords I could possible move forward but she doesn't have any references either. 

My new tenants included a spry 93-year-old woman, an ex-con with a huge pit bull, a hacker slacker, and a man with some kind of mental disability.

One of the calls I received came from a woman about her property that she rents out.

I contacted the number, expecting it to be disconnected, but the woman actually answered.

I put an end to that when 1 woman who complains at least once a week emailed me to ask that I tell the tenants next door to her to pick up the pumpkin that fell off the railing because it was blocking her and her husband from parking their two cars in a 1 car spot.I told her it would be quicker if she just went next door herself and KINDLY asked them to pick up the pumpkin and reminded her she wasn't entitled to having two cars in a spot (one behind the other) when it's technically one space

Not good enough...the woman went into a tirade calling me a Slumlord and some choice 4 letter words.
