When I took a pause and left it in my inbox to the morning before responding, I didn't even care anymore.

She was pretty good at communicating at the beginning (we began talking with her around the time we started talking with Michael), but she was not good about responding to emails and we pretty much had to call her to get a response. 

They're also expecting an official offer on the second property soon.If everything goes smoothly I'm obviously glad that my money isn't gone, but I don't think that excuses the lack of communication and inability to respond to LPs.
