The GP world education just attrac them to think syndication is the easy route.Yes REIT investment is lower, but their capital preservation is better than syndication during bad times.Even you guys GP, the way you marketing yourself is telling the other GP as the bad boys LOL, there's no real "unbiased financial analyst" (like in stock market) in syndication world that tell this sponsor A is good guy or sponsor B is good guy LOLAll because no transparency in this investing scheme
