During this process I'd do all that is needed of me that doesnt require a tradesmen (flooring, painting, drywall work, installs, running materials, etc) After all this preliminary info I'd like to know the communities opinions on how this may be structured to benefit; the capital partner, the seller, and myself.

I have access to the Bigger Pockets tools and use those to print out reports, would you also include tax records, preliminary title report if you have it, closing cost estimate, breakdown of renovation costs or just a grand total for your estimate?

I'm currently on round 2 filtering and narrowing down the field with some preliminary questions like "have you been convicted of any felonies" type stuff.I'm not at the point when I'm ready to reach out and call a couple of these handymen to interview them.What questions would you ask?
