@Chinmay J.1927, I replaced the original wood windows in the upper unit, all the knob and tube that was left in the house, and refinished most of the original hardwoods, I had to patch some of the floors with new pine because it was termite damaged.

The first inspector even went as far as to list the wiring as "knob and tube" - when I don't have knob and tube (in fact I rewired the whole house).
