If you actually require a license in CO to manage short term rentals then basically everyone on the Airbnb co-hosting platform is breaking the law.  

I prefer the airbnb platform over the vrbo platform. I

Property ware is one such platform I personally enjoy using and is a must of my PM company.PM should have a maintenance arm to perform maintenance and repairs on behalf of owners.PM company must manage +100 units and be able to work all over the Dallas/Ft.

The reasons I have joined BiggerPockets are as follows:(1) To Network with Investors who are specifically Infill Minded and interested in our local market.(2) To Network with local whole sellers.(3) To learn more in general about buying to hold as we are wanting to develop a strategy ahead of the next correction for the purposes of development in the next upswing as well as rentals for portfolio diversification.Thank you BiggerPockets for creating this platform!
