This seems to be true whether it's CA, TX, AZ or OH - IN or GA.Apparently wholesaling isn't as easy as everybody thinks and are willing to pay big bucks to "learn".Obviously the decline has hit the information provider's customer base that they sell information to, and hurt their bottom line.

However, they're a free software and provide excellent customer support so I still stand by them.

Makes sense though - it's like pricing, it's very easy to price units in a condo building since they are all so similiar vs a custom home which can be very difficult to evaluate. 

LTR or MTR so regardless of rent style you can go for the long, mid or short.Dayton, OH and Indianapolis, IN are two great cities that my California customers have found great 2-4 units over the last 2-3 years. 

In my opinion the only reason they are still in business is that they are trapping customers who think one day they will get their money.

Hey Ian, I build custom homes however my clients want.

Frankly I considered cancelling within my first 3 months, but from my own frustration I realized it was to my own fault and not due to lack of customer support.

I think the customer service, amenities, and ability to make the stay stress-free for the guest are the biggest advantages once you are booked.
