If you’re reading this and know any contractors in the St. Pete/Tampa areas who are ready for some work, please provide me with their contact information.

Make yourself the best customer.

1.  Steady volume of business.
2.  Very few job changes.   Think thru the project.
3.  As soon as you get their invoice “hand deliver” your payment immediately.

4.  Don’t go penny shopping.  If you want them to be part of their team, treat them as a team member.

If they are bad get rid of them.
