My overall goals through REI are to1) achieve financial freedom 2) support child education 3) travel to Japan to see my family and friends more frequently 4) ready for retirementI'll be taking actions to commit to buy a SFH utilizing BRRRR by the end of 2017.I need to look for deals efficiently and clearly structure how to finance the acquisition.

This is due to the stock market being far overvalued, the usual 8 year economic cycle, and the economies of other countries that will likely crash first and then domino around the world (China, Japan, EU).

Hello BP Family, I am an active duty Army Soldier who is currently stationed in Kuwait, but after this tour is over i will be moving to Okinawa, Japan in August.

I live in Japan and invest in Nashville TN.  

The property is performing quite well and we have a true cashflow of ~$230/month and has some room to move on rental rateLast year we also bought our first multi family property - a 7 unit in Japan.

I want a Property manager, to avoid the landlord hassle.The thing that is unique with my case is, I have been living in Japan for the past 2.5 years.

However, since I live in Japan and pay taxes here, I also have to tell the Japanese government how much money I make from overseas investments.

Not only am I out of state, I'm actually out of country stationed in Japan.      

I bought 4x SFR in a new build 55+ yr old community all while deployed to Japan.

I live in Japan now but moving next year.
