These books teach you how to handle situations, how to find solutions based on your value system, set clear boundaries with people and overall understanding people's motivations and why they do what they do (which is extremely helpful in any interactions with people).

When I leave Pensacola in two years, I plan to rent out both homes for the long-term.Looking forward to interacting with you all and continuing my real-estate education with this great network.

I owe that to all  landlords that will interact with that tenant in the future.

I know I need to start being more interactive on BP forums and networking with local people here in the mid cities. 

This is my first interaction with the conventional financing system. 

And as a side benefit...I feel that once you put a name to a face and have the personal interaction, they might be more open to working with you (even if it's not intentional).

In the mean time, I'll be reading, learning and interacting here on Bigger Pockets.I am glad I joined.
