I'm curious what some folks in here business cards look like?

Probably my biggest obstacles are that I am moderately risk-averse and am easily given to Analysis Paralysis.

I understand it can be very difficult to get a mortgage for that low, i was wondering if anyone in here can help me out!

Are there any Syracuse landlords in here that can advise?

I would say real estate investing is a long game, full of many obstacles, barriers, and headaches.

I usually don’t post my personal business in here but RE has put me in a very good spot.

You don't seem to be absorbing peoples' concerns about the difficulties inherent here, experienced people telling you your budget is far too low, and so your confidence seems misplaced to say the least. 

Trouble is that you’re advertising your place at a price that doesn’t include the mandatory cleaning fee (for example) and Fiona Forthright includes it in her price.

As a person who has been burned by this inherent flaw, I feel it is my duty to make other landlords aware.

The property I would buy is in her LLC but she would like the dream home she’s building to be in their personal names, can she use a 1031 exchange at the end of the 3 year balloon when I pay her off and use those proceeds towards a new construction build?
