The Pit Bull breed is not a bad dog, some people are bad Pit Bull trainers.

I'm not implying you are going to waste their time.

You can't hack a house and stay within the local zoning ordinances because the term "house hacking" implies you're black hat.

So you need to look within  be realistic about your strengths and weakness's  then decide you can blow a ton of money on training and end up just spending money for nothing.. or you can take what you learn and catapult to higher levels.. the trainers they get paid either way.. its up to you.

That is possible, but someone above implied there was a seasoning period before you can apply for the second.

I think you are looking at <c class tenants which implies either landlords with experience in that class or expect a fair amount of work.
