They say, "Judgments issued in majority white communities were far less common." What does skin color have to do with anything? Every Landlord I've ever met sees one color: green. Nobody goes through the trouble of renting to minorities and then kicks them out for being minority; they kick them out for not paying rent, period!

The article gets one thing right: Landlords are suffering at the hands of tenants that continually make bad choices. If it doesn't get better, good people will avoid investing in real estate and the housing will be controlled by slum lords or government.
