They do not actually have any money coming in that's why they charge so high and keep changing names so that no one can recognize them and they take a new identity every few years, do not sign anything with them!!!

In addition if you use a title company or lawyer to handle the closing then they are legally required to report the sale to the IRS etc.

Here in PA anyone can write up a contract and submit it to a title company and they will handle everything.

I've been working with job titles like construction project manager, who doesn't know a lot about construction but coordinates architects, engineers, GCs etc, the VP of RE management, who also does not know a lot about construction but oversees site selection, lease negotiations, property management, RE accounting who writes my checks and does annual CAM audits, and other jobs like that.
