Are RE Attorneys Required
I'm an Agent/Investor from Pittsburgh, PA and I'm purchasing a property in NY. Am I required to hire an attorney to write up the contract and assist with the closing? I keep reading different things online. Here in PA anyone can write up a contract and submit it to a title company and they will handle everything.
