We were able to get high liability insurance coverage during my son's new build regardless of what the contractor is required to hold & must be presented to the Town Bldg Inspector before permits are pulled.My concern was the new archaic NY State scaffold law(s).Then when I saw young kids roofing three stories up (for one of the subs) without harnesses I threatened to throw them all off the property.

I think it would behove investors to ask themselves "why is this turnkey provider selling me this property instead of putting it on the MLS and opening it up to countless buyers that could potentially offer a price higher than what's listed?"
