I don't have a third, its routine maintenance at this point.

@Jared AdamI would suggest taking a step back from forcing yourself to do a rigorous routine every day.

According Grant, whatever you normal realistic goals are multiply them 10 times (10X ) then figure out, how you can achieve them.3 Walk the WalkYour daily activities & actions must match your goals, if you have aggressive goals, you need to have equally aggressive daily activities & actions to match your aggressive goals.Goals are just wishy washy, talk the talk unless you back it up with aggressive hard work & be willing to walk the walk.You need to work hard & smart, it is not uncommon for successful people to work 60-80, 100 hours a week to achieve their goals.4 Develop Great habitsHabits are routine things you do daily basis without too much thought process.

However, she has fallen in this habitual routine of paying at the end of the month.

We give back with scouting and Vet stuff but still kinda finding a routine and hobbies.   

As a result, I am currently unable to make a routine capable of producing consistent results until I know exactly who I should be talking to.

But, it doesn't bother me since I routinely sweep the incoming rents into my regular bank account. 

Some tenants in my experience don't care and if they are offered money to move they will be packed by the end of the day and others were not wanting to move because they have a routine that they don't want to break. 

Routine inspections while a tenant occupies the property can be conducted every three to six months and will allow you to stay on top of maintenance and address any issues with the upkeep of the property.

We don't go to every routine plumbing call or no heat call at this point, but we keep detailed notes of how the mechanicals work at each building so that we can trouble shoot virtually.
