Hi there! I'm Isaiah, a 21 year old budding investor!

Hi there! I'm Isaiah, a 21 year old business owner who wants to enter the world of real estate investing to secure the financial freedom that many of us aspire to reach. I created an online shoe business a year ago and I'm on track to crack 100k in sales my first year. My goal is to use my shoe business as a tool to build a substantial real estate portfolio and while I'm waiting for those two years of tax returns, I've been reading real estate and business books, listening to dozens of episodes of the podcast, and (in an admittedly rudimentary way) analyzing as many deals as I can per day. (Generally 5-7 properties every day for the past several days.)

Recently, I found a person who is willing to partner with me on deals in the Florida real estate market, but I'm not entirely knowledgeable about how to find deals that would be worthwhile for him. We are both very process/system oriented individuals, but as of now, I lack the knowledge to know what kinds of systems I need to build for finding deals. As a result, I am currently unable to make a routine capable of producing consistent results until I know exactly who I should be talking to. That's why I made this post! Hope you guys can help and of course any advice would be appreciated!
