Not sure if you are a member, but if you are she offers a really low price for our members for desktop appraisals.  

You should be able to accomplish what you want easily with the QuickBooks Desktop version.

I suggest QuickBooks (Desktop)Very easy to use and it creates very detailed financial reports.

I'm leaning toward purchasing a desktop and using my iPad for on the go.

@Kevin Compateso - You can look into doing a HELOC since the property is free and clear or a personal loan through a company like lightstreamHELOC's are interest only payments for 10 years and while you have to go through the full underwriting process they usually use a desktop appraisal land can fund in a few weeksLightstream is minimal underwriting and rates depend on the amount, length, and your credit score.  

Everyone's profiles seem to say "this user has hidden their contact", even when it is not hidden on the desktop version.  

If you can organize folders on your desktop and add attachments to emails, you'll be just fine.

It could be because I'm on my cellular phone, I'll try from my desktop later.

You can have the appraiser do a what is called a desk top appraisal, these are kind of a pain and I usually charge $250 or so.  

I couldn't see it from the bp app, but found it on the desktop.
