I know there are some BP pros that have mentioned discount cruise giveaways.  

I'm an out of state investor however I'll be in town on for a few days during the holidays so I'm looking to cruise around different areas to scope out the area myself.

So I decided, after attending a couple webinars, reading the beginners guide, and cruising the site, to join. 

Even bikes with "loud" pipes can be non disturbing if the rider takes care to slowly cruise in and out of the neighborhood.  

The amount of knowledge you will soak in is unbelievable and they have many about income properties/rentals/house hacking.Also during free time just cruise the forums and reach out to people with any questions you may have. 

Do you cruise your favorite neighborhoods and look for rental signs?  

We either go on that Cruise or fix our 4 Plex.

If I were in you shoes and I was serious about MHPs, not just looking at them because Brandon talked about them on some podcast, I'd stop cruising LoopNet and learn about the asset class, what makes it tick, and how to value the assets.
