New RE salesperson looking for a brokerage in Honolulu, Hawaii

Aloha Everyone,

It is an honor to introduce myself to you all. My name is Ian Ramos. I am a newly minted Real Estate Salesperson (recently passed the both national & state exams) for the state of Hawaii, currently residing in Honolulu. I began my journey and ventured into the real estate world in the winter of 2020. By obtaining a license, it pushed me to have a solid foundation in RE while also opening doors for networking and professional growth. That being said, I currently have the basic knowledge in RE investing, but I'm still currently a sponge in learning all the materials and knowledge that the bigger pockets community provides.

I am currently looking for a brokerage aka "home" in order to be sponsored while establishing a partnership, in providing assistance towards company growth and being a positive asset to the team. I strongly believe by being a Real Estate agent, it will only further complement my REI journey. The value gained during transactions and on the field experience will surely get me prepared when it's time to BRRRR or Flip my own investment property.

A little about myself aside from my current Real Estate venture, I'm also an Airline Pilot and a Travel/Cruise consultant by trade. One can say I’m definitely a prime example of a goal-driven doer. I am the type of person who takes ambitious dreams, breaks them down into daily goals, and takes massive action every single day. Having that mindset, I’m taking that same drive, passion and determination into the RE world.
