Hello @Chai XiongWe are looking to do:-kitchen update, cabinets and granite countertops and take down a wall to create an open space.

Regarding the kitchen - they make countertop ovens that plug into 110 and will hold a full size 13x9 pan.

Within our smallest budget yet we added square footage to the basement, a big third bedroom in the attic and loads of goodies in the kitchen including a custom island we built and quartz countertops we cut!

@Tandi H.Hi Tandi,What about calling the PD and reporting the drawers stolen based upon the value of having a contractor replace the cabinets with comparables, including new counter tops, and sink hookups?

Paint and countertops and rugs installed by home depot, ect, might very well be within your level to get executed.Then once improved, and set better to cash flow, you can then have a property management company manage it for you.Your next property, you would have that company's vendor resources, they likely would willing refer to you, for more involved projects.I would avoid the companies that will buy you a discounted property, renovate it for you, then they will be your property management company.

Most likely replace the flooring, install some granite countertops, landscaping, probably knock down a wall.

Looks like it needs flooring, paint, countertops, cabinet refinishing (or replacement), roof repair, dry rot repair, maybe foundation repair, lots of wall repair, and possibly plumbing/electrical repair (nothing can be seen in the photos but common in that area).I agree with @Dylan Vargas that there is no money to be made in flipping this property based on your numbers.
