This door also usually starts out as glass, but usually the first time after a junkie smashes the glass pane and crawls in to rob the place of a couple packs of cigarettes, cthe steel of the glass door frame gets a steel plate welded over it and is held open from the outside with a rope that attaches to an eyebolt driven into the side of the building.

I spent years advertising on CL and Zillow and found that 85-90% of the people didn't even read the ad....they just saw a unit was available that matched their price criteria and they called.........Just so I could explain to them that in the first two sentences of the ad it says, No smokers of any kind, no felonies or evictions ever, and your gross monthly income has to be 3.5x the rent.

Examples of recent observations: I have a no smoking policy and the viewer greets me smelling like they just smoked a case of cigarettes or I notice a family talking by the car after a viewing and I see them pull out cigarettes and start smoking.
