My Agent refused to get out. Is that a bad sign? 🤣| Huntsville

We went to look at a property on northern Huntsville. I arrived first and went driving around the neighborhood. She called me a few minutes later asking if I was close by and told me she'd wait for me inside her car. When I arrived, there were a group of guys at the corner across the house, several cars coming in and out. I got out, went by her car window and we talked about the several rentals near by and wondering about what kind of goods were being sold across the street. Whatever it was, it must have been good stuff. Anyway, I thought it was funny, her no so much.

It did remind me though, of how hard investors that aren't local have it when it comes down to knowing the areas they're buying into.

But the deal looked so good on paper! 🤣
