I had done some Quick Books work for my Church as a easy way to pass over data for their tax returns.  

Looking for rough estimates for building a small church (4000 to 6000 sqft).Background: Since I do some flips here and there, my church officials decided it was a good idea to include me in the Building Committee.

I've heard stories of owners that only lease space to friends of their church.

My college major was Church ministry: youth ministry which is pretty unrelated to sales for the most part, but I am confidently able to plan events, teach/speak in front of crowds, and create event calendars/documents/liability forms.

She owns a property in Falls Church, VA. and a tenant is refusing to pay rent.  

On top of that we have one of the youngest populations of any state because of the interesting dynamic we have here with the LDS church/population.

A lady left her loaded gun in the restroom of a church up here a couple years ago.  

This is a friend (church member) so I'm not sure how to approach him.  

Good schools, churches and wide open space, many trees and river access.
