Commercial Builder recommendation in Charlotte, NC
Looking for a commercial property builder in the Charlotte, NC area. Looking for rough estimates for building a small church (4000 to 6000 sqft).
Background: Since I do some flips here and there, my church officials decided it was a good idea to include me in the Building Committee. We're looking for land in the Pineville/Indian Land/Fort Mill area (3-5 acres), and also for some rough estimates on cost to build a small church with about about 150 seats + 6 classrooms.
Recommendations for both land and a good/affordable commercial builder are much appreciated.
