Zillow lost so much money that they decided to exit the flipping business, while most of the OpenDoor properties we see in Las Vegas are sold at a loss.In my experience, software can only go so far when humans are involved.

It will be extended, we'll see a reduction in regulations that hamper small businesses, and we'll see new regulations that help small businesses.

So some may say $30k is not worth it but I know others that launched successful syndication businesses from it.
