@Kevin Dam  I would definitely suggest starting at BoA, since you have a large savings account with them, and they may give you a discounted rate for that.

You'll get much better terms, rate, etc. with a local or national lender, or even a "big box" bank, such as Wells, BOA, etc.If you qualify, you would be much better off going for a conventional investor loan.

-As far as I can tell, County Recorders office shows three loans. 2004 - Loan for 223,000 , 2004 - Loan for 50,000, 2008 - Loan for 75,000The 50k loan was "released" , 223k Loan is bringing it to auction, and the loan by Bank of America in 2008 is listed as one of the defendants on the court docket "BoA."
