Newbie investor into the Texas Market.  (Worked previously in Asia)

About me :

1. Owner of a house in full.

2. Currently have about 150k in bank savings at Bank of America.

Who do you guys go to for bank loans?  Big banks like Bank of America or smaller, local ones?

Thanks in advance

Kevin

I would use a mortgage broker at least initially for regular conforming loans.  If you are interested, I have a mortgage broker in the DFW area that I like., send me a pm.
