I arranged a rent to own program for them.

I’m in the early stages of RE investing; saving, reading a lot, etc.

The downleg is in the final stages of creating a marketing package from the broker that we're using and should be listed in the next couple weeks.

If you don't have many ties, like Scottsdale more, or want a change, then maybe you go for the flip and sell and get going on the next stage in your life. 

Have 2 deals on table approved stage one just dont want payout more $ for verification on stage 2 if this is BS

For example, let's stage an empty room, remodel a facade, do a new bathroom idea etc. 

So they handed each tenant $500 to leave the building for “48” hours, and arranged to have the building burned down.
