With ACH and burocracy, you need to have enough lead time to get the notice in.

There is a site I use called Cozy that provides free ACH transfers. 

If your friend went to a management company he would pay more and still get medicine service. 

I would always have tenant send in rents via mail or set them up for ACH withdrawal.

Just a side note, medicine cabinets on the side are probably more out of style then the full wall mirror.

@Clint Weir Because the bank account linking takes 3-5 days (ACH) we let investors know that they should start the process right after verification.  

But it's set up as a regular ACH processing through my bank.
