We own our home on 50 acres free and clear in Taos County but my wife and I are interested in purchasing a favorable deal we found in the Cookson Hills of Eastern Oklahoma we both like.

Sucks it's right next door, but everywhere a tenant is going to look is going to have multiple houses on the block like this except in Canton or Federall Hill.

Someone else said if you want names, basically avoid any neighborhood with hill or hall in the name.

Depending on the property itself and strategy you are implementing it may be an up hill battle in these areas.  

We do most of our work locally in the Topanga Canyon, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Calabasas, West Hills, Woodland Hills, West LA, Culver City, areas. 

Thus you may do well to focus on bordering towns, such as Old Fort, Mars Hill, Waynesville, Brevard, etc.Hope this helps.

When you shift in and out of properties you pay fees for commissions, loan origination, transfer taxes, etc. which will silently eat into your gains.

Not sure why this is the hill you want to die on, but the TCPA allows for private party action against violations of the DNC list, including but not limited to unsolicited calls, "ringless voicemail" and unsolicited text messages, of 500-1500 per incident.
