Looking for investors club in the Desert Hot Springs/Palm Springs area.

In the desert....Not fun...

Sure, we have multi-million dollar beach mansions that rent for $25,000/month, but we also have homes in the high desert and other rural areas that can be had for around $50,000.

We currently own four Single Family rental houses in the Desert, near Desert Hot Springs, in California and two in Idaho near Boise / Caldwell.

I've learned much from the four interviews I've heard so I imagine that I will get a lot from the podcast.Checking the meetup.com search results, it looks as though the Coachella crew meets on the second Tuesday at 7p but is taking the month of August off due to the heat of the desert.  

Also, this is a pretty arid, desert climate, there are no floods out here!  

Ranchers were interested too though I don’t know why because it takes about an acre of land to raise a cow in this dry desert area.

It never got a tenant as the subdivision of 600 homes next to it never got built.. he lost both of them.. and this is a guy that sold his car dealership in Texas for many millions to buy the first center for 5mil cash .. but he is OK today.. because everything else he has is paid for including is winter home in the desert summer home in Bend.
