I've learned much from the four interviews I've heard so I imagine that I will get a lot from the podcast.Checking the meetup.com search results, it looks as though the Coachella crew meets on the second Tuesday at 7p but is taking the month of August off due to the heat of the desert.

It never got a tenant as the subdivision of 600 homes next to it never got built.. he lost both of them.. and this is a guy that sold his car dealership in Texas for many millions to buy the first center for 5mil cash .. but he is OK today.. because everything else he has is paid for including is winter home in the desert summer home in Bend.
