@Jimmy Hong   I say just do it, you can always put your license on hold if you want and activate it as necessary. 

Look at Vancouver B/C same dynamic happened there when the Hong Kong lease expired in 1997  huge influx and the accompanying huge run up in values. 

I have a friend from Newmarket but he's since moved to Hong Kong for work lol so it's been a while since I've been down those dusty roads haha jk.

@Daniel Kong Okay so my new loan is for 120000$ but I've paid off 60000$ so essentially I have 60000 left to use on other investments and then pay that off as time goes?
