Ive received ZERO responses , Its almost like my mailings never really get shipped out but Ive double checked with people in my office and it works for them.

One of the requirements for a multi is that every living unit must have independent utility services or at a minimum 1. legal provisions ensure and protect access to utilities for repairs, even if passing through other living spaces, 2. easements or covenants protect water connections, and the VA approves of a maintenance agreement; 3. there are separate service shut-offs for each unit. 

I still put in 3-4 hours per month dealing with the rentals but I ca put them in from the beach, a cruise ship, or wherever.

The cruise ships didn't come at all for some weeks.

Also a surprise, Texas has an 8.75% sales tax so I assumed any added cost for shipping north would be offset by the sales tax.
