Account Closed stated, Google Adwords are probably the best bang for your buck.If this all sounds too technical, you need to do a google search for a company that will do this for you.

If my MAO on it was $105K but they happened to get it under contract the first day on market before anyone else got a chance to look at it then yes.If it is only worth $70K then not at all.However being a lousy deal that is listed isn't any different than if they presented me with the $95K wholesale that is only worth $70K that they found with a postcard/bandit sign/yellow letter/PPC/Craigslist ad/Birddog/Ad Words/door-hanger or any other "acceptable" way to find deals.A good deal is a good deal and a bad deal is a bad deal regardless on how it is sourced.The only reason the MLS gets a bad name is it is much easier for someone to get a crappy deal under contract since the sellers are right there while marketing takes some time and effort to find someone that wants to sell a house.
