Rate My Wholesaling LLC Names

Hey everyone. I'm starting to wholesale and I want to treat it as a business instead of a hobby. Part of that is setting up an LLC and bank account for the business so I can easily track expenses. With separate accounting I'll be able to track my ROI for different marketing strategies, be wise about taxes, and protect my LLC status in case of a lawsuit.

So, I know that a name isn't that important, but If I'm going to drop ~$100 setting it up, I want to be happy with it and have it fit my business.

Here's my criteria:
- easy to remember
- relevant to motivated sellers (I'm going to use it on some marketing), but not necessarily to buyers.
- available matching domain name and LLC name in Arizona

Also, I don't plan on making a huge splash on the SEO/AdWords scene until I have some deals under my belt, so competing with sellmyhousefast4cash.com (one of Sean Terry's sites here in Phoenix) isn't that important to me yet.

Here's some of my ideas that meet the above reactions, let me know your gut reactions, good or bad:

Phoenix Cash Solutions LLC (hard to say out loud)
In The Clear Homes LLC
Fast Exit Options LLC (insert 'Clear,' 'Easy,' or 'Smart' instead of 'Fast')
Home-Free Options LLC

I agree with @carlos f. I would pick a more official and general real estate name for your LLC. Then you can file a DBA name with something flashy fore wholesaling like Phoenix Cash Solutions. You never know where this business will take you, and if you move onto other types of deals or just outgrow the DBA name you have chosen you still have the LLC, without having to change its actual name. If you file a DBA, you can still treat that as your main business name (ie accept checks to that name, use it in marketing, etc).
