One unit is currently vacant which I toured today and the windows looked to be in rough shape but the thing I am most concerned about is in the bedroom there was mold in one corner growing on the drywall that started about 2 inches up the wall and ended about 6 inches up the wall.

I stop by once in the spring to trim bushes and mulch if necessary but that is it.

That's what most of them say.....Fun fact about myself:I am 1 inch shorter than when my youngest daughter was conceived and then born....motorcycles are FUN and apparently dangerous, but I can't wait until I can send my two girls off to college and buy another bigger one....2 wheels are life!

The basement was full - every inch of the basement was filled floor to ceiling with tires.

After I bought the property, I removed (without filing for a permit) 2 large pine trees that were growing extremely close to the property (like: trunks being 6 inches from touching the house - dropping huge quantities of needles and branches on the roof and doing who knows what damage to the foundation).

Its a brick ranch and has an unfinished basement that is the same square footage as the main floor (2,100 upstairs and 2,100 downstairs; so 1,050sqft per unit), basement is subterranean and ceiling height is only a few inches above ground level.

Lovely LVP floors with a special subfloor for warmth . . .So, then we had about two years of figuring out exactly what was wrong and fixing it . . . flooded each time we had a really hard rainstorm (we can get 4 inches in an hour!)

If you don't find one and you see a 4" line going int the basement floor than you have a chance of installing a conventional toilet close to this pipe but still a few inches above for proper drain.

It will save you tons of money.Need to order them 3/4 inch less then opening.
