Basement bathroom addition - builder wont provide plans/info.

Im thinking of buying a home, but I really need to add a bathroom to the basement. Only plumbing I saws while doing a walk-thru in the house was some pipes near the ceiling. So, Im wondering...how in the world do I find out where the plumbing is in this house? If I have to bust up the concrete in the basement, I wouldnt buy it. I know I can use upflush toilets and such, but I would prefer not to have to go that route.

I dont really even need the plans. I really just need to know if there is some plumbing pipes added for like future upgrades. Can someone provide info on who I could call for this info? Thx.
