I provided washable clear plastic cabinet liners when we installed new cabinetry in one unit, and specify in the lease that removable, washable liners have been provided, cabinet damage is not considered "normal wear and tear," and that they agree to leave cleaned plastic liners or similar replacement at turnover. 

Washable couch covers, I say no pets on the couches, but I'm sure there is plenty of it going on.  

I also had some issues of paints mixed at the same store not being the same.I purchased some cabinet paint from Sherwin Williams and ended up chatting with the SW sales rep and learned that they (and I'm sure most other non-big-box paint companies) have paints made especially for our context (high in durability, blending, and washability) and I've been using SuperPaint on my last few turnovers with good results.  

I think a 70/30 cotton/poly blend is the best choice for washability, durability and overall comfort.

There are very nice washable couch covers that can be put on the furniture cushions.

They are very washable and hang great on the beds.I have been buying the Kohl's Big One cotton/poly blend sheets.

Low end paint is garbage, its watery, doesnt cover well and isnt washable ( tenants get anything on the walls, it will leave marks if they try to wash it. )High end is throwing money away IMO, decent midgrade covers and lasts.

Huge score from Marshalls for all 11 pairs of 96" drapes, most at $20 a pair and they're cotton, washable, not sheer or room darkeners but great drape and quality.
