I quickly unlearn a lot of knowledge or skills around cheap moochers.   

As an entrepreneur, we need to un-learn that and instead trade our dollars for time.I hope you're not a cardiac patient, because this may shock you: money is a "renewable resource" - I can always get more money.

Your state (Utah) might be different in that respect.All this being said, I have discouraged others from obtaining a license when starting in real estate because there is so much to un-learn from the test prep experience that the newcomer may need to recover from.

DH and I had years of stuff to unlearn and it did take a while to get on the same page.

Now you can be stubborn... and be deviant, or put your ego away, unlearn what you think you know and be like Jerryll, smart handsome and awesome.There you go.You are welcome!

Stay active and ask questions, then apply what unlearn in the real world.

That may be learned behavior that they can unlearn.

We then have to do a lot of un-learning to help those folks get on the correct path with respect to the IRS rules.
