Hello my name is Dwight, Im new to BP. Currently Im working as a contractor in Afghanistan. Before I came overseas in 2011 I worked as a Lead Maintenance for many different apartment complexes in Texas for 6 years where I developed an interest in RE. Finally I've earned some capital to get started buying my own properties. Finding BP has been a blessing. In just a fews days of reading the discussion Iv'e had so many questions answered and I've been enlightened to a list of topics that i need to focus on as a newbie. Everyone is very kind, helpful and professional Im glad to be here!! My goals are to be an owner occupant of a 4-plex utilizing a VA loan in the DFW area. I will be attempting to locate and purchase 3 homes in a price range of 50k-60k each this coming summer when I return, i figured this will a good starting point. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciate. Thanks in advance
