With rates being high and having PMI, this is what pushed me to lean 20% vs. 5% or 10% because I would get much higher cash flow, and seemingly CAC returns as well.

As someone else mentioned, you don't actually have to have a CAC or DD-214 to use those, so you might get civilians looking.
